At Home is an Australian owned company established in 1986 to provide In Home care services to older clients in the South Eastern suburbs of  Melbourne to assist them to remain in  their own homes independently.

 

The majority of our clients are older frail people who require personal care and home care services in their own homes. Our clients want to remain in their familiar locality enjoying their independence. We are committed to supporting their independence with flexible care models tailored to individual needs. Our client base includes private client, clients brokered through local, state and federal government bodies and clients of Trustee companies..

Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5pm
Urgent after hours inquiries are answered promptly by our paging service, you will then receive a call back from one of our coordinators.
