What type of help is available?
We provide Home Help, Personal Care, Respite, Sleepovers.
Do we have nurses?
No we don’t have nurses. Our staff are PCA’S personal care attendants, home helpers and cleaners.
What qualifications do carers have?
- Some carers have Certificate III in Aged Care
- Some are studying Nursing or completing Certificate III in Aged Care
- Some have many years experience.
Do we have male carers?
Yes we do, please check with the office regarding their availability.
How do I make a booking?
Call the office between 8.30 and 5pm Monday and Friday.
Can carers give medication?
No carers can not give any type of medication, but they are able to supervise the client taking medication.
Do you have carers who speak a second language?
Yes we do we have bilingual and multilingual staff.
Do I pay the carer directly?
No carers do not accept any payments. You will be sent an invoice in the mail fortnightly. We accept cheque or direct payment to our account. Please contact the office if this is your preferred form of payment.
