Our staff are carefully selected to provide a high level of in home aged care services. They are mature minded and experienced.

We have a low staff turn over as we are committed to supporting our staff. Many of our staff have been with At Home for more then 10 years.

We provide ongoing in house training to all staff to encourage ongoing education.

Most of our staff live locally in Melbourne’s South Easten suburbs Including Ormond, Bentleigh, Brighton, Caulfield and surrounding suburbs.

We do have carers who are multilingual, ask our coordinators if you require carers who speak a second language

All staff must have

• A current police check
• A current drivers licence
• A car & mobile phone
• Display their Identification badge
